1. How to request account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data through one of the following methods:- directly in the app, if the feature is available;
- through Leveh’s official support channel;
- by emailing our official privacy or support address.

2. Information we may request
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask for minimal information to verify your identity, such as:- the email associated with your account;
- confirmation of account ownership;
- additional reasonable information required for security purposes.
3. What happens after the request
Once the request is confirmed:- your account may be deactivated or permanently closed;
- access to the App may be terminated;
- data associated with the account may be deleted, anonymized, or disassociated, as applicable;
- some information may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, auditing, fraud prevention, and the exercise of legal rights.
4. What may be deleted
Depending on the structure of the Service and applicable legal limits, the deletion request may include, for example:- registration data;
- profile information;
- account usage history;
- personal records submitted within the App;
- check-ins, personal logs, goals, and notes linked to the account.
5. What may be retained
Even after a deletion request, some data may be retained where necessary for:- compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
- fraud prevention and platform security;
- minimum auditing and traceability requirements;
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims;
- compliance with app store, payment provider, or governmental requirements, where applicable.
6. Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account technical complexity, identity verification, and any legal retention requirements.7. Subscription cancellation
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel recurring charges associated with subscriptions purchased through app stores. If you subscribed to Leveh through Apple App Store or Google Play, you may need to cancel your subscription directly through the relevant store to prevent future charges, subject to that store’s rules.8. 4. Fields to customize before publishing
Before publishing, review and replace:privacy@leveh.apphttps://leveh.app- legal entity name / company name
- company registration number, if applicable
- business address, if you want to include it
- official support channel
- actual subscription and refund rules
- actual providers used by the app (for example: Supabase, Expo, Sentry, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Firebase, etc.)
- actual in-app account deletion flow
