Last updated: March 9, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Leveh collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the operation of its Platform. By using Leveh, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand the data processing described here.

1. Who controls your data

Leveh acts as the controller of the personal data processed in connection with the operation of the Platform, to the extent it determines the purposes and essential means of processing, subject to applicable law.

2. Data we may collect

We may collect the following categories of data, depending on how you use the Service:

2.1. Registration and identification data

  • name;
  • email address;
  • internal account identifiers;
  • authentication and verification-related data.

2.2. Data provided during use of the App

  • onboarding responses;
  • profile information;
  • age, date of birth, and gender, when provided;
  • weight, height, weight goal, and progress-related data;
  • logs related to habits, routines, hydration, protein, fiber, and activity;
  • treatment-related records, medication, dosage, frequency, and dates entered by the user;
  • check-ins, symptoms, perceived effects, observations, and personal notes.

2.3. Technical and usage data

  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • language;
  • technical identifiers;
  • access logs, timestamps, and usage events;
  • navigation and feature interaction data;
  • analytics and performance data.

2.4. Support and communications data

  • messages sent to support;
  • request history;
  • information provided through support or contact channels.

3. Sensitive data

Some data processed by Leveh may be considered sensitive personal data, especially information related to health, wellness, medication use, symptoms, body progress, and related information provided by the user. We process such data with enhanced security measures and only for purposes compatible with the provision of the Service, personalization, history generation, tracking features, and other applicable legal bases.

4. How we collect data

We may collect data:
  • directly from you, when you complete forms, onboarding, profile fields, logs, and check-ins;
  • automatically, through your use of the App or website;
  • through providers and tools that support authentication, infrastructure, analytics, notifications, and support;
  • through interactions with our official communication channels.

5. How we use data

We may process your data for the following purposes:
  • to create, authenticate, and manage your account;
  • to provide access to the App and subscribed features;
  • to store your history and logs;
  • to personalize your experience and displayed content;
  • to generate charts, summaries, reminders, insights, and tracking features;
  • to send transactional notifications and communications;
  • to provide support and respond to requests;
  • to monitor performance, stability, security, and fraud prevention;
  • to improve the Platform, fix bugs, and develop new features;
  • to comply with legal or regulatory obligations and exercise legal rights.
Depending on applicable law, we may process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
  • performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract;
  • compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • legitimate interests, where applicable;
  • consent, where required;
  • protection of life or physical safety, where applicable;
  • establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  • other lawful bases allowed under applicable privacy laws.
Where processing involves sensitive data, we will rely on the specific lawful grounds available under applicable law.

7. Sharing of data

We may share personal data, where necessary, with:
  • cloud infrastructure, hosting, and database providers;
  • authentication, communication, email, notification, and support providers;
  • analytics, monitoring, and error prevention tools;
  • service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions;
  • public authorities, regulators, courts, or third parties where legally required or necessary to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.

8. International transfers

Some providers, systems, or infrastructure used by Leveh may be located outside your country, which may involve international data transfers. Where this occurs, we will seek to adopt appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable law and reasonable security and governance standards.

9. Retention and storage

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for:
  • maintaining your account and history;
  • providing the Service;
  • complying with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • auditing, security, and fraud prevention;
  • establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Where appropriate and possible, data may be deleted, anonymized, or subject to limited retention after an account deletion request or termination of the relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction, or improper processing. These measures may include, where applicable:

Despite our efforts, no system is completely risk-free. You are also responsible for maintaining good security practices regarding your device and email account.

  • correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data;

  • requesting account and data deletion, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

We may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, as a security measure.

13. Cookies and similar technologies

If Leveh operates a website, landing pages, web dashboards, or public pages, we may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, analytics, and user experience improvement. Where applicable, additional information may be provided through a separate cookie notice or contextual disclosure.

14. Children and teenagers

Leveh is not primarily directed to children. If minors are allowed to use the Service under applicable law, such use must comply with legal requirements and, where necessary, involve authorization and supervision by a parent or legal guardian.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available through our official channels. Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
