1. Who we are
Leveh is a digital platform designed to support users in tracking and organizing their weight loss and wellness journey, including records related to weight, routines, progress, habits, perceived effects, medications entered by the user, and other information provided during use. In these Terms, “Leveh,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the entity responsible for operating the Platform.2. Eligibility
To use Leveh, you represent that:- you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms; or
- you are duly assisted or represented where required by applicable law.
3. Nature of the service
Leveh is a tool for support, organization, tracking, and personal recordkeeping. Leveh is not a medical, hospital, pharmacy, laboratory, urgent care, or emergency service, and does not replace healthcare professionals, clinical diagnosis, medical prescriptions, medical treatment, or individualized professional care.3.1. No medical advice
Information displayed by the Platform, including analyses, summaries, insights, reminders, charts, estimates, automated messages, or informational content:- is provided for educational, informational, and self-tracking purposes only;
- does not constitute medical advice;
- does not replace consultation with a physician, nutritionist, pharmacist, or any other qualified professional.
3.2. Emergencies
Leveh must not be used in urgent or emergency situations. If you experience severe symptoms, unexpected reactions, or require immediate care, seek appropriate medical assistance immediately.4. Registration and access
To use certain features, you may need to create an account and authenticate using email, verification code, passwordless login, or other methods made available by Leveh. You agree to:- provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information;
- keep your email account, device, and access credentials secure;
- not share your account with third parties;
- promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User-submitted information
Leveh may allow you to record information such as:- name, email, and account details;
- age or date of birth;
- current weight, starting weight, goal weight, height, and measurements;
- daily habits, water intake, protein, fiber, activity, and routines;
- medication history and dosage information entered by you;
- injection dates, frequency, and reminders;
- symptoms, perceived effects, check-ins, and personal notes.
6. Generated content, analyses, and insights
The Platform may display charts, trends, forecasts, automated messages, summaries, and insights based on the information you provide. These features are for support and informational purposes and may rely on automated rules, statistics, AI models, estimated calculations, or product-defined criteria. Leveh does not guarantee that such content will be complete, error-free, suitable for your individual case, or appropriate for clinical decision-making.7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:- use Leveh for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- violate the rights of third parties;
- attempt to access restricted areas, third-party accounts, or related systems without authorization;
- interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform;
- engage in reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, scraping, abusive automation, or unauthorized commercial exploitation;
- upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content;
- use the Platform to transmit illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
8. Suspension and termination of access
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, if there is:- a violation of these Terms;
- misuse of the Platform;
- evidence of fraud, abuse, technical risk, or legal risk;
- a need for maintenance, updates, security actions, or legal compliance.
9. Paid plans, subscriptions, and billing
If Leveh offers paid features, subscriptions, premium plans, upgrades, or in-app purchases, the applicable commercial terms will be presented at the time of purchase.9.1. Renewals and cancellations
Where applicable, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the rules of the app store or purchase channel used. Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms may be subject to:- Apple App Store rules;
- Google Play rules;
- or the terms of the payment channel used.
10. Intellectual property
All rights related to Leveh, including software, code, trademarks, branding, layout, design, text, graphics, databases, technology, flows, documentation, and content owned by us, belong to Leveh or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. Instead, they grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Platform for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.11. Service availability and changes
We may modify, update, discontinue, or restrict Platform features at any time for technical, operational, regulatory, strategic, or security reasons. Although we aim to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or integrations.12. Third-party services and integrations
Leveh may depend on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication services, notification systems, payment providers, app stores, or support platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, practices, or content of third parties, except where applicable law requires otherwise.13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:- Leveh is not responsible for decisions made by users based solely on information provided in the App;
- Leveh is not responsible for misuse of the Platform, incorrect data entry, or misinterpretation of automated content;
- Leveh will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or other consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, except as required by law.
14. Privacy and data processing
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.15. Account termination by the user
You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the means made available in the App, website, or official support channels. Deletion requests may be subject to:- reasonable technical processing times;
- mandatory legal or regulatory retention obligations;
- limited retention of records necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, and the exercise of legal rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be made available on our official page. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the new Terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws or mandatory local law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.18. Contact
